Activity Location: Kanva Reservoir (This location is approximately 60 - 65 km away from Bangalore).

Itinerary

4:00 PM: Check-in: Arrive at the campsite and settle into your tents, which are prepared for a comfortable stay.

5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Hi-Tea Snacks: Refresh yourself with tea, coffee, and a variety of light snacks, perfect for relaxing after your arrival.

7:30 PM - 8:30 PM: Starters: Savor a range of mouthwatering starters, with food coupons provided for your convenience

8:30 PM - 12:00 AM Local DJ: Dance the night away to vibrant beats by a local DJ, setting the festive mood as you countdown to the New Year.

9:00 PM - 11:30 PM: Dinner: Enjoy a delectable dinner spread, featuring a variety of dishes to please every palate.

12:00 AM: Cake-Cutting & New Year Celebration: Ring in the New Year with a grand cake-cutting ceremony! Celebrate the moment with music, cheers, and the joyous company of fellow campers.

2:00 AM: Tent Accommodation: Wind down and rest in your comfortable tent, surrounded by the tranquility of nature.

06:30 AM - 08:00 AM: Start the day with a refreshing cup of tea or coffee to wake up and enjoy the morning.

08:00 AM - 09:30 AM: Enjoy a hearty breakfast to energize for the day ahead.

11:00 AM: Prepare for check-out and head back home, hopefully with great memories from the event.

• Only guests/customers above legal drinking age will be served alcohol
• Venue rules apply in addition to the above and supersede the above in case of a conflict.
• In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' if the payment has been processed by Venuebookingz and you will have to contact our representatives for issue of tickets.
